2010 JE Design Seat Leon FR
The Seat Leon FR received a tuning program from JE Design engineers. The 2.0-liter petrol engine develops 211 horsepower. The tuner increases the performance of the TFSI engine and so, the model can develop 270 horsepower and 355 Nm of torque. This enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds. The 2.0-liter TDI is now able to produce 204 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque. This enables the car to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds and its price starts at EUR1.339. JE Design developed a body kit for the Seat Leon. The tuner took a little time to change the aerodynamics, the motor and the wheels and also offered LED daytime running lights. Under the hood it has a 2.0-liter TDI motor that is capable of delivering 140 horsepower and 405 Nm of torque. The model can reach a top speed of 214 km/h and it can speed from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds. The Seat Leon will go on sale starting September 17th 2005 in the UK. The new lineup will offer 12 models with five engines and five trim levels. The starting price is GBP 11.295.
The new Leon is longer, wider and slightly higher than its predecessor and also offers more interior space. The engine options are a 2.0-liter 185 TFSI, available from November, a 1.6-liter 102 PS and 2.0-liter FSI 150 PS petrols and the 1.9-liter TDI 105 PS and the 2.0-liter TDI 140 PS diesels.
